Refund and Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
At 3M Group, we take pride in providing high-quality HVAC products and professional installation services. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Product Warranty
All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., Carrier, Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.). Warranty claims are handled in accordance with each brand’s policy and are limited to repairs or replacements of defective components as determined by the manufacturer.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled prior to processing or shipment. Once materials have been dispatched or installation work has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
